Representatives across UK Local Authorities gathered at the London Hilton Olympia, Kensington, to share their digital transformation experiences in a communal knowledge sharing event. The roundtable discussion covered three key issues: Readiness for digital delivery, resource planning and training requirements for digital delivery.

A key part of this round table discussion facilitated by Dr Andrew L Norton and Surendra Shroff, CEO of ELMS Global Ltd, was to identify how the CSF Phasing Model could be utilised to help capture and share experiences across Local Authorities.
Furthermore, the ELMS diagnostic tool was evaluated in terms of its effectiveness in delivering training needs analysis for digital transformation projects.
